These Conditions and Terms of Use (known as Terms of Use) apply to Finite Commodity site located at www.finitecommodity.com, and all sites associated or linked to www.finitecommodity.com by Finite Commodity, LLC. The Site is solely the property of Finite Commodity, LLC. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE CONDITIONS OR TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS THE SITE.

Finite Commodity reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Conditions or Terms of Use, at any time. It is the responsibility of the user to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes means you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Finite Commodity grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

Except as expressly provided in these Conditions and Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, copied, posted, uploaded, reproduced or republished in any way without Finite Commodity, LLC express prior written consent.

Use of the Site

You may not use any automatic device or program or any similar or manual process to access or monitor the Site or any Content, or reproduce the navigational structure of the Site, to obtain or attempt to obtain information through any means not purposely made available through the Site. Finite Commodity reserves the right to prohibit such activity.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site or to any Finite Commodity server, or to any of the services offered through the Site, by hacking, password "mining" or any other nefarious acts.

You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network connected to the Site. You may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user of or visitor to the Site, or any other customer of Finite Commodity, including any account not owned by you or in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, to include personal information or identification, other than your own information, as provided for by the Site.

You may not counterfeit headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal you send to Finite Commodity. You may not pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity.

You may not use the Site or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use that infringes the rights of Finite Commodity or anyone else.

Purchases; Other Terms and Conditions

Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of products similar features, to which terms are made a part of these Terms of Use. You agree to such terms and conditions, including where applicable representing that you are of legal age to use or participate in such service. If a conflict arises between these Terms of Use and the terms posted for or applicable to a specific portion of the Site, the latter terms shall control with respect to your use of that portion of the Site.

Finite Commodity’s obligations, if any, with respect to its products controlled by the agreements pursuant to which they are provided, and nothing on this Site should be construed to alter such agreements.

Finite Commodity may change products offered on the Site, or to the applicable prices for any such products, at any time, with or without notice. The materials on the Site with respect to products may be out of date and Finite Commodity makes no guarantee to update the materials on the Site.

Accounts, Passwords and Security

Services offered through Finite Commodity may require you to open an account which include setting up a username and password. The User is completely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Finite Commodity immediately of any unauthorized use of your username or password, or any security breach. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Finite Commodity or any other user of or visitor to the Site due to someone else using your username and password as a result of your failing to keep your account information secure and confidential.

You may not use anyone else’s account information without the express permission and consent of the holder. Finite Commodity cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failing to comply with these obligations.

FINITE COMMODITY DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE OR PRODUCTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS- AVAILABLE " AND "AS-IS " BASIS. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Finite Commodity reserves the right to do the following without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate the Site; (2) change the Site, including applicable terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the Site to perform routine or non-routine maintenance to include error correction.

Void Where Prohibited

Finite Commodity may be administered from within the United States. Although the Site is accessible worldwide, our products are not for export outside the United States. Finite Commodity owns the right to limit quantity of any product to any person or geographic area. If you choose to access the Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and you are solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

Miscellaneous

You may not use or export or re-export any product offered on the Site, in violation of United States export laws and regulations.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Finite Commodity with respect to your use of the Site. Other than as provided in a purchase agreement you enter with Finite Commodity, Finite Commodity will not accept any counteroffers to these Terms of Use, and all such offers are hereby rejected.

Feedback and Information

Any feedback you provide regarding this site shall be considered non-confidential. Finite Commodity is free to feedback and information as an unrestricted Apple shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted communication.
